Joe “the Alligator Man” Ball is considered to be one of the first modern American serial killers. In the 1930’s he ran a seedy bar in Texas where he had an alligator pit out back to attract customers. He is known to have killed two women and is believed to have killed as many as 20, using his pet alligators to dispose of the evidence.

Englishman Colin Forman came to Australia in the late 1960s to find a better life. What he found was heartbreak, disappointment, loneliness and depression. But was this reason enough to take the lives of four innocent people, as well as his own? This is the story of the Connellan Air Disaster.
