Cruel, inhumane, cold and calculating, Gerard John Schaefer, known as the Butcher of Blind Creek, is believed to be responsible for up to 80 murders. He used his position of authority as a Police Officer to target young female hitchhikers.
A sexual deviant and killer of small animals from an early age, Gerard Schaefer was unhealthily obsessed with women’s underwear and bondage. He later published a book, which he called fiction, but most agree the collection of short stories is a thinly veiled confession of his terrible depraved deeds.
