Hey Bloody Murder!

I have been listening to Call me God on Audible.  It’s written and put together by Jim Clemente and his brother Tim Clemente of the Best Case Worst Case podcast.  Both are ex FBI . Jim from the BAU and Tim as an agent and sniper. ( Jim also writes for Criminal Minds)

The ‘book’ is the full story of the DC Sniper who terrified Washington and surrounding states in 2002 with multiple random victims and threats to children.  Coming after the twin towers, the impact on the community was profound with people too scared to shop, go out or let their kids go to school.

This is an in-depth report covering the lives of victims, police force dick waving, the use of sniffer dogs, domestic violence and a race against time.

The narration is good and there are some moving interviews with victims families and Tim’s wife.  She was at a petrol station filling up about 20 mins before a victim was shot exactly where she had been standing!

There are also lots of interviews with a range of law enforcement people and other experts.

Really good production and well worth a listen.
